By accessing or using the EnteleWALLET website or Lite interface, you agree to these Terms of Use and applicable legal notices.
Service description
EnteleWALLET Lite provides wallet connection, safe signature verification, read-only monitoring, and access to official trust resources for the EnteleKRON ecosystem. It does not custody funds, store seed phrases, or store private keys.
Eligibility
You must be legally permitted to use wallet connection tools and digital asset interfaces in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for compliance with local laws.
Wallet responsibility
You remain solely responsible for your wallet, seed phrase, private keys, device security, and any transactions initiated through your own wallet provider.
No investment advice
EnteleWALLET does not provide investment, tax, legal, or financial advice. Content is provided for informational and operational purposes only.
No guarantees
EnteleWALLET does not guarantee token value, liquidity, exchange listing, returns, uninterrupted service, or future feature delivery.
Prohibited use
Fraud, impersonation, phishing, or attempts to compromise other users
Abuse, scraping, or interference with website or Lite operations
Use in violation of applicable law or sanctions requirements
False representation of affiliation with EnteleWALLET, EnteleKRON, or TVK Group
Third-party services
Wallet providers, blockchain networks, analytics tools, and external ecosystem sites are third-party services governed by their own terms and policies.
Intellectual property
EnteleWALLET branding, website content, and related materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
Disclaimer
The website and Lite interface are provided on an as-available basis without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, EnteleWALLET and affiliated operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the website or Lite interface.
